Gwen joined EFAMA in November 2023 as Regulatory Policy Advisor responsible for the work of EFAMA’s Fund Regulation, Asset Protection and Service Providers Committee. This includes work on ELTIF, UCITS, AIFMD as well as EU asset protection rules and rules applicable to service providers of investment fund products. Gwen is qualified to practice law in Ireland, having spent a number of years working with international law firms in the field of financial services which has given her a practical understanding of the needs of those operating in the financial services industry across the EU and further afield.

She holds an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University, specializing in international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement. She also holds a BCL in Law from University College Cork and has studied at the Irish Tax Institute.
