Marin joined EFAMA in October 2020 and coordinates the Supervision Standing Committee (SUP SC) where EFAMA members discuss files related to the review of the European System of Financial Supervision, 3rd country developments, as well as international regulatory cooperation. His work also covers financial education and some aspects of management companies’ regulation such as, for instance, the delegation regime.

He holds a L.L.M in EU Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and has gained professional experience on international economic cooperation at the European Services Forum and DG FISMA. He speaks English and French.
