EFAMA has today published its latest monthly Investment Fund Industry Fact Sheet, which provides net sales data on UCITS and AIFs for June 2022, at European level and by country of fund domiciliation.

Bernard Delbecque, Senior Director for Economics and Research at EFAMA, commented: In June 2022 bond funds were hit by mounting concerns over interest rate hikes and equity funds by recession fears, resulting in net sales of UCITS at their lowest level since October 2008 (excluding the Covid-19 impact in March 2020).
