EFAMA is pleased to partner with associate member Simmons & Simmons, who has developed a brand new ESG Global Solutions module dedicated to Asset Management. A pre-launch webinar will present present this tool to EFAMA’s Corporate and National Association members.
 

The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the Taxonomy Regulation (TR) are the cornerstones of the European ESG disclosure framework, however several jurisdictions have implemented additional rules. Furthermore, jurisdictions outside the EU have adopted regulation comparable to the SFDR and TR. This online subscription service has been designed as an internal compliance tool for subscribers who need to know the local requirements, effective dates and current developments related to the ESG regulation and market standards.
 

EFAMA’s Corporate and National Association Members can enjoy privileged free access to the basic version, which provides an overview of where local regulations extend beyond the SFDR and TR. Instructions on how to register for the basic version will be sent prior to launching the tool. The advanced version, available upon subscription, will dive into the depths of those local regulations and offer subscribers an easy-to-use and comprehensive guide.
