Federico joined EFAMA in September 2014 and is coordinating EFAMA's advocacy around fund regulation, supervision & third-country developments, management companies regulation and trading, trade reporting & market infrastructure. Federico is also the EFAMA representative in the IOSCO Associate Members Consultative Committee and he is member of the Consultative Working Group to ESMA’s Investment Management Standing Committee. He’s a seasoned policy and government affairs professional on asset management issues, with practical knowledge of EU and global financial policy-making environments through past work experience in the European Commission (DG FISMA) and French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). His main focus areas include various product-related topics across several key pieces of EU legislation, notably UCITS and AIFMD, money market funds, ETFs and international fund distribution, among others.
